These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided through parks.club. Please read them carefully before signing up. By completing your registration for a service through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
About Us
parks.club is a service provided by Cabin Comms, a specialist provider of managed internet connectivity for holiday parks and leisure environments across the UK.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms apply:
"We", "Us", "Our"
Refers to Cabin Comms, the service provider operating parks.club.
"You", "Your"
Refers to the customer — the individual or organisation signing up for a service through this website.
Our Services
We provide managed internet services designed specifically for holiday parks and similar leisure environments. Our offering is built around reliable, consistent connectivity tailored to the unique demands of park operations.
Equipment & Installation
We supply, install, and commission all necessary hardware to get your park connected.
Support & Monitoring
Ongoing managed support and proactive network monitoring are included as part of our service.
Service Performance
Speeds and performance may vary based on local conditions, coverage, network load, and other external factors.
Packages & Contract Terms
We offer three service packages designed to suit different park sizes, locations, and connectivity requirements. Each package is available on a choice of contract length, giving you flexibility to choose the commitment that works best for your park.
Parks Connect
Entry-level managed connectivity for holiday parks. Includes free installation.
Parks Premium
Enhanced managed internet service for parks requiring higher performance. Installation charge applies.
Parks Satellite
Satellite-delivered internet for parks in remote or hard-to-reach locations. Installation charge applies.

Each package is available on either a 24-month or 36-month minimum term. Your selected package, contract term, and monthly payment will be clearly displayed before signup is completed.
Pricing
Clear, Transparent Pricing
Monthly pricing for each package is shown clearly on the website so you always know exactly what you are committing to before you sign up. There are no hidden fees.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Payments
All monthly payments are collected by Direct Debit. By completing your signup, you authorise us to collect payment in accordance with the package and contract term you have selected. Payments will be collected on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of your agreement.
If a Payment Fails
In the event that a payment cannot be collected, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter. The following actions may be taken:
Recollection Attempt
We will attempt to collect the outstanding payment again within a reasonable timeframe.
Customer Contact
We will contact you directly to discuss the failed payment and agree on a resolution.
Service Restriction
Where necessary and if the issue remains unresolved, we may suspend or restrict your service until payment is brought up to date.
Installation & Activation
Following a successful signup, we will contact you to arrange the installation or activation of your service. Your service will formally begin once installation has been completed or the service has otherwise been activated by our team.
Please be aware that installation timing may be influenced by several factors:
Engineer and team availability
Your geographic location and accessibility
Network rollout planning and scheduling
Access arrangements at the park
We will always keep you informed of expected timescales and work with you to find a suitable installation date.
Cooling-Off Period & Consumer Cancellation Rights
As this is a distance sale, consumer customers are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period from the date of signup. This is your right under UK consumer protection law, and we want to ensure you are fully aware of how it applies to your service.
Early Activation During Cooling-Off
If you request that installation or service activation begins during the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly agree that service delivery may commence before this period expires. This is a common arrangement when customers wish to get connected quickly.
Fully Delivered Services
Where the service has been fully delivered within the cooling-off period, your right to cancel without charge may no longer apply under applicable consumer regulations.
Charges for Work Already Carried Out
If you cancel during the cooling-off period after having asked us to begin work, we may charge a proportionate amount for any services already delivered or work already carried out, where this is legally permitted.
Early Termination
Our services are provided under a minimum contract term of either 24 or 36 months, as selected at signup. If you wish to cancel your service before the end of your agreed minimum term, early termination charges may apply.
These charges are intended to reflect the costs incurred by us in providing the service, and may include:

Remaining Term Value
A charge reflecting the outstanding monthly payments due for the remainder of the minimum contract term.

Unrecovered Setup Costs
Any installation or setup costs that have not yet been recovered through the monthly service payments.
We encourage customers to contact us prior to cancellation so we can discuss your situation and explore available options.
Fair Usage Policy
All services are subject to a fair usage allowance of 500GB per month. This allowance is designed to comfortably support typical household-style internet use, including streaming, video calls, general browsing, and everyday online activity.

If usage significantly exceeds this allowance, we may apply reasonable network management measures or contact you to discuss your usage. Where unusually high or continuous heavy use affects overall network quality, we reserve the right to take proportionate action — but we will always seek to communicate with you before doing so.
Equipment
Any equipment supplied or installed by us as part of your service remains our property at all times, unless we have expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. This includes routers, access points, cabling, and any other hardware provided to deliver your service.
As a customer, you agree to the following responsibilities regarding equipment:
Reasonable Care
You must take reasonable care of all installed or supplied equipment and keep it in good condition throughout the term of your agreement.
No Interference
You must not tamper with, remove, relocate, damage, or interfere with any equipment without first obtaining our written agreement.
Support & Faults
Managed support is included as standard across all parks.club packages. We are committed to responding to faults and service issues as quickly as possible. However, due to the nature of internet services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity at all times.
Service availability may be affected by factors including network outages, changes in coverage, planned or unplanned maintenance, environmental conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always aim to keep you informed during any period of disruption.
Acceptable Use
Our services are intended for normal consumer internet use within a holiday home or other permitted location as agreed at the time of signup. We ask all customers to use the service responsibly and in a manner that is fair to other users on the network.
Prohibited Use
The following uses of the service are not permitted:
Unlawful activity of any kind, including accessing or distributing illegal content
Abusive or harmful behaviour directed at other users or third parties
Activity that causes material disruption to the network or degrades the experience of other users
Commercial, bulk, or non-standard use that falls outside the scope of standard consumer connectivity
If your requirements involve commercial or high-volume use, please contact us to discuss a suitable service arrangement.
Liability
parks.club services are provided for general consumer use. We take our responsibilities to customers seriously and aim to deliver a reliable, high-quality service at all times. However, the following limitations of liability apply to our services.
Indirect & Consequential Losses
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of income.
Service Interruptions
We cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages, environmental conditions, or third-party infrastructure failures.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability in circumstances where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Changes to Service or Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing structures, legal requirements, or operational practices. We are committed to being transparent about any changes we make.
