We understand that many park residents face connectivity challenges that standard ISPs cannot solve, and that's exactly the gap we fill.
We take care of everything from start to finish. We provide all the necessary equipment, arrange professional installation at your pitch or property, and continue to support the service after it goes live. There's no need to deal with phone companies, broadband engineers, or complex setup processes. We handle it all so you can simply get online.
No Phone Line Needed
Parks club does not rely on a traditional phone line or fibre broadband connection. Our services use advanced 4G/5G or satellite connectivity depending on the package you select — meaning even the most rural or off-grid locations can get connected.

Parks Premium
For stronger performance needs. Better suited to customers who require higher speeds or who are in locations where an external 4G/5G setup delivers a more robust connection.
Parks Satellite
For remote locations. Intended for parks and pitches where mobile signal is weaker and satellite connectivity is the most reliable solution available.

What Speeds Can I Expect?
Speeds vary by package and are also influenced by local conditions, your specific location within the park, and general network load. The figures below represent typical performance under normal conditions.

Is Installation Included?
Installation arrangements differ depending on your chosen package. Here's a clear breakdown of what to expect before you sign up.
Parks Connect
Free installation included. No upfront costs — we arrange and carry out installation as part of the service at no additional charge.
Parks Premium
£100 one-off installation charge. A single payment covers professional installation of the external 4G/5G equipment at your property.
Parks Satellite
£100 one-off installation charge. Covers the setup and commissioning of your satellite dish and associated equipment.
After you sign up, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient installation date and confirm all the next steps with you.
How Do I Pay?
Payments are collected on a monthly basis via Direct Debit, making it simple and hassle-free with no manual payments required each month.
When you click Get Connected, you will be taken to our secure Direct Debit setup page. Once your payment details are confirmed, we will reach out to arrange installation and walk you through the next steps. Everything is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

Do I Need to Set Anything Up Myself?

Parks club is a fully managed, end-to-end service. Our engineers will visit your property, install all necessary equipment, ensure everything is correctly commissioned and tested, and provide you with clear guidance on how to access and use your new connection.
You don't need any prior technical knowledge, and you won't need to configure routers, call a phone line, or deal with any complicated setup procedures. Once our team has finished, your internet connection will be ready to use straight away.

Is There a Data Limit?
All Parks.club packages include a fair usage allowance of 500GB per month. This allowance is designed to comfortably support typical residential-style internet use, including:
Streaming
HD and 4K video streaming on platforms like Netflix, iPlayer, and YouTube.
Browsing & Social Media
General web browsing, social media, email, and messaging apps.
Video Calls
Regular video calling via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, or similar platforms.
500
GB Monthly Allowance
Fair usage for typical residential internet needs.
If your usage regularly exceeds this level, we may contact you and apply reasonable network management measures in order to maintain service quality for all customers.
What Happens If I Go Over 500GB?
We do not aim to penalise normal household internet use, and going over the 500GB allowance occasionally is unlikely to cause any issues. However, if your usage regularly and consistently exceeds the fair usage allowance, we may take reasonable steps to manage the connection.
This could include monitoring usage patterns and applying light traffic management measures during busy periods, primarily to protect service quality for other users on the same network. In all cases, we will contact you before taking any significant action, so you are always kept in the loop.
Occasional Overuse
Unlikely to trigger any action. We understand usage varies month to month.
Regular Overuse
We may monitor the connection and apply reasonable management measures during peak times.

Is This Suitable for Streaming and Working Remotely?

Parks Connect
Suitable for typical streaming (HD and 4K), video calls, browsing, and many forms of remote working. The right choice for the majority of residents.
Parks Premium
Recommended if your remote working requirements are more intensive — for example, large file transfers, cloud-based applications, or multiple simultaneous users with high demands.
How Long Is the Contract?
Your Commitment, Your Choice
We offer two contract lengths to give you flexibility depending on your plans and preferences. The term and total cost are always shown clearly before you complete sign-up — no surprises.
24 Months
A two-year term, available on selected packages.
36 Months
A three-year term, often with improved monthly rates.
Can I Cancel?
As an online consumer purchase, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period from the date of sign-up. This is your statutory cooling-off period under consumer protection regulations.

Important: If you ask us to begin installation or activate the service within the 14-day cooling-off period, you agree that service delivery may commence immediately. This may affect your cancellation rights once the service has been fully provided.
After the cooling-off period has ended, early termination charges may apply if you choose to cancel before the end of your agreed minimum contract term. The applicable charges will be made clear during the sign-up process so you can make an informed decision before committing.
How Long Does Installation Take?
Once you have completed sign-up and your Direct Debit is confirmed, we will get in touch to arrange a suitable installation date with you. We understand that getting connected quickly is important, and we aim to arrange installation as promptly as possible.
Installation timescales can vary depending on engineer availability in your area and the rollout schedule for your park. We will keep you informed throughout the process and do our best to minimise any waiting time.
